Thermal spray application

At Solent Protective Coatings Ltd we can offer high quality thermal spray services to suit any project.

Two different types of equipment available both on site and in-house:

• Electrical arc system
• Oxygen/Propane flame system

Both of the above systems can be used for application of variety of different metals to correctly prepared steel surface, including:

• Aluminium
• Zinc
• Brass
• Copper

Approved protective coating may be applied over the thermally applied metals to provide a corrosion protection system, that will last a minimum of 25 years prior first major maintenance.
