All of our workforce speak English and are able to effectively communicate job status updates. We utilize full time site supervisors to manage our crews and ensure that each one of our projects is completed on time and according to our written specifications. Our project managers provide our customers with daily service management solutions to address any project concerns.
Solent Protective Coatings has developed extensive operational systems for project management. Our on staff engineering resources can address almost any field related problem. Each of our foreman get regular training on our detailed safety program to ensure they are well-versed in job specific project safety guidelines and understand the requirements necessary to reach our customers goals. Worker and site safety, quality control and constant communication are the three primary areas that our workers are evaluated on.
Before we start our projects we set up a pre-construction walkthrough with our team. Everyone gets familiar with the job specifications and site specific hazards. Our project managers fill out our job expectation and hazard communication checklist to ensure our crews are prepared when they mobilize. Daily reports and ongoing contact are evaluated throughout the project to make sure we are meeting budget, time frames and our customers are satisfied with our progress.
At the completion of the job Solent protective Coatings organize a job close out package complete with a paint area/colour form for your records. We also ask our customers to fill out a brief customer survey to constantly gauge client satisfaction.
