Our key services include Abrasive grit blasting, Surface Preparation, Passive Fire Protection, Protective Coatings (Wet and powder) and UHP water blasting/cleaning. We have also have an extensive and trusted network of subcontractors who support and extend the range of our services even further. Our expert staff and partners are available to ensure that your project is full specified and planned with the right people, equipment and materials to deliver the results you require.
All works are carried out to BS and ISO Standards, controlled by ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System & National Highway Sector Scheme 19a. We have an exemplary project management, quality, safety and environmental record and excellent workmanship.
SPC including Directors and Staff hold CSCS Platinum status, Project managers are trained according to IOSH (The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) risk assessment and management scheme, hold NEBOSH National Certificates, our operatives are ICATS trained (Industrial Coatings Application and Abrasive grit blasting Training Scheme) as well as SSPC Trainthepainter and CCNSG (Client Contractor National Safety Group) accredited, quality control managers are qualified under NACE (The Worldwide Corrosion Authority) Coating Inspector Scheme and ICorr (Institute of Corrosion) inspector training scheme. We are also Construction line and Link-Up Approved and a sustaining member of the Institute of Corrosion.
Throughout the region we have worked on Highway Structures, Railway Structures, Energy Facilities, River and Marine, Offshore, General Infrastructures, and Petrochemical Industry.
All work carried out by SPC is executed in accordance with the relevant codes of practice, specifications and regulations in respect of materials, workmanship, safety, health and environment.
